My journey into programming is a bit different since I originally had a background in art. I spent a lot of time in ZBrush and Maya creating 3D art, which was were my first exposure into programming came to be. I had some repetitive things in Maya I had to do, so I opened up the Python interpretor inside Maya to automate that, and I seriously thought it was like magic. It was not until my time in college that I took programming more serious, but I quickly fell in love with it and became fully immersed into learning more.
That curiosity led me down the rabbit hole of graphics, game development, and embedded programming. I've built 3D renderers, made small game engines, embedded devices, compiliers, and lately I've been exploring Rust.
Most of my time outside of school is spent building things, but I also enjoy exploring Los Angeles from the food, museum and events! You can also often find me hanging out at Glitch City.
Writing is also important to me, as I want to share thoughts and knowledge I found along my way to help those who may have stumbled upon this website somehow. It is also my own personal tech diary that hopefully provides some interesting insights.
